By using GoKids, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our app or website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GoKids, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
GoKids is a task management and rewards application designed for families. Parents can create tasks, set star values, and manage rewards. Children can view and complete tasks through Kid Mode.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Parent accounts manage all child profiles. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GoKids only for its intended purpose: family task management. You may not use the app for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' experience.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (tasks, rewards, etc.). By using GoKids, you grant us a license to store and display this content as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Intellectual Property
GoKids, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
7. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoKids is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
